This open-patella knee brace is constructed of sports neoprene for stabilizing compression and therapeutic warmth. With steel support hinges to help prevent hyper-extension and provide side-to-side support. Built-in superior horseshoe support controls patellar malalignment. Two adjustable straps keep the brace in place. Ideal for knee ligament tears, sprains and chronic knee instability problems.
