Returns
Most items sold by DocOrtho.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus a restocking fee of 15% (minimum $5.00). All items returned must have a Return Authorization number. Please contact us by email: support@docortho.com or by phone 1-866-338-1682 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Any items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging will be charged an additional $5.00 per item. DocOrtho.com will pay all shipping costs if the item delivered to you was a result of our error.
We cannot guarantee the sizing of an item. The sizing on our websites come directly from the manufacturer listed sizing. Please make sure the sizing is correct before ordering your item.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Any item that is beyond 30 days from purchase date.
Any item that is not in it’s original condition, is damaged,
smells of smoke or other pollutants, or is missing parts.
Any item that is missing the appropriate instruction manuals.
Any item that is missing the original packaging material.
Any special order items or items listed on the website as non-refundable
For hygienic reasons, items such as:
Compression Hosiery, All Socks, Hernia Supports, Maternity
Supports,AFO's, Shoe Insoles, Heel Cushions/Pads, Topical Ointments,
Pillows, Mattress Pads, or Cushions.
Non-Returnable items sent to DocOrtho will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
Exchanges
If you have purchased the wrong size support, and would like to exchange it for a different size, please contact us by email: support@docortho.com or by phone 1-866-338-1682 to obtain a Return Authorization number. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are unable to exchange items that have been damaged, worn or dirty due to use.
Other Information
If the item(s) is returned to DocOrtho without a return authorization, it will be returned to the customer at the customers expense or subject to a 50% restocking fee.
If the item(s) is returned to DocOrtho not in new condition, it will be returned to the customer at the customers expense or subject to a 50% restocking fee.
If the item(s) is returned to the manufacturer without our
authorization, it will not be credited to your account and will be returned at the customers expense.
Orders where delivery has been refused by the Customer will be treated the same as a return for refund.
Special Information for Personal Care Items
Medical compression hosiery and socks, just like any other sheer material, can easily snag, tear a hole, or run. Take special care when applying and washing these products. Snags, holes and runs are not manufacturer defects and refunds or exchanges will not be given for these situations.
Information for Promotional Products
In the event of a return of the non-promotion product without the free promotion product, the current standard cost of the promotion product during the promotion will be deducted from the returned item refund.
In the event of a return of a "buy 5 get one free" promotion item without return of the entire order, the current standard cost of the free(promotion) product will be decucted from the returned item refund.
